How do i order from the site? - All you need to know about ordering from dreadworx.co.uk
There are several ways that you can shop from Dreadworx.co.uk; all of these, even those not involving online payment revolve around our rather nifty online shopping cart.
Shopping Cart
Dreadworx.co.uk uses a top shopping cart system that allows us to give you the best service, its fast, easy and secure.
Shopping in a online store like ours is a lot like shopping in any shop, you add items you wish to buy to your cart and then go to the check out and pay.
First off you need to sort out what you would like to buy, so once you know bring up the products page and click the "add to cart" button (Usually at the bottom of the page), this brings up a shopping cart window - from here you can continue shopping or checkout. If you want to continue shopping simply click the 'continue shopping button' and add all the other items you need to your cart. After you have added all the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart at the top of whichever page your on there is a button that reads "view cart and check out" click it and you will be taken through to fill in all your delivery details.From here you can choose to pay online instantly and safeley with any major credit or debit card or you can choose to pay by postal order.
Paying Online
You can pay online with any major credit or debit card, this is the fastest, easiest and most secure way to pay us and means your order will get dispatched the fastest. Just remember to make sure that your billing address matches the one on the cardholders bank statement.
Paying By Phone
If you want to pay by credit or debit card but dont want to do it online then give us a call on 01212 880272 and we can put it through the system instead. We accept all major credit or debit cards although are not always about to answer the phone so please leave a message and we will call you back asap:-).
Paying By Post
If you choose to pay by post either make a note of your order reference number or print the invoice when prompted, send this invoice, or note of order number along with payment in the form of Postal Order, Personal Cheque or cash in the post (at senders risk) to the given address.
Note: paying by cheque is the slowest method to pay for your goods, average turn around time being about 14 days due to time cheque takes to reach us, reach our bank, clear and then the products to reach you
We then receive your order and process it, we will send you confirmation and inform you that your order is ready to ship and it will go out in the next post.
Paying By Bank Transfer
Send us a email telling us what you would like to purchase, we then supply you with all the necessary account information; you then make your way to your banking institution and request the payment transfer, we watch for it and once the funds have cleared to our account your order will be processed, packaged up and sent out in the next post.

Each product we stock has it own indivdual merits over other simular products, you just need to weigh all these merits up and decide which product you like best, but if you still cant decide then give us a call and we will happily help you out.

The Dreadworx.co.uk online store is a rather clever piece of kit, to order from outside the UK simply select your country of choice from the drop down menu on the first page of the shopping cart (found when you add the first item to the cart) and then delivery price will automatically be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the products that you choose
At Dreadworx we pride ourselves on offering a good service, as such under the consumer protection act (distant selling) regulations 2000, all customers of Dreadworx Ltd are entitled to return their goods to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund.
When a item provided by Dreadworx Ltd is defective, or there has been a error on our behalf we will happily refund all return postage costs, otherwise you are responsible for any other cost in connection of your purchase, eg postage and return postage costs.
We do ask that all goods are returned in perfect, unused and resalable condition otherwise we will not be able to process your refund. In the case of items with multiple components (eg a dreadlock starter kit) all components must be returned to us in the above stated condition for us to process your refund.
You must insure all returned goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while they are in transit.
All refunds are issued back to the card which payment came from as soon as possible after we receive the products back; items bought as gifts or on behalf of someone else can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
