We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will only email you regarding your orders and we will not e-mail you in the future unless concerning another order or directly relating to a past one - unless you have given us your explicit and prior consent.

We currently do not send out any electronic or material marketing goods (apart from the mailing list which you have to manually sign up to), if in the future this was to change we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We do not store any of your credit or debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Dreadworx.co.uk have no intention what-so-ever now, neither in the for seeable future of transferring your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) and if on a rare occasion that this changed, we would obtain your permission to do so before hand.
