If your item is in stock and you pay by credit/debit, PayPal, postal order or cash in the post, your order will be processed and sent to you within 24 hours after payment is received, the rest is down to Royal Mail! Once your parcel is in the hands of the Royal Mail, you can expect it on your doorstep within 24 hours, however Royal Mail do warn that it can take up to 4 days in some cases.

All items are dispatched by First Class Standard or Fastway 24hour courier delivery depending on the size and weight of the item. If you are paying by cheque your item will be sent out ASAP after your cheque clears, so allow 14 days for delivery if you pay by cheque.

If, in the unlikely event, item/items our of stock, the chances are it is about to come back into stock again so we will email you to let you know. We will also offer you a full refund just incase you don't want to wait. Remember though, If you see something on the site, unless it specifies otherwise, it is in stock or can be restocked and delivered to you in seven working days or less.

Bare in mind that the chances are your order will not fit through your letter box and it may require a signature on its arrival, so if you are not around when Royal Mail try to deliver your parcel with the rest of your morning post, you may well have to go to your local Post Office branch to pick your package up.

We now also offer delivery by other methods, at the senders cost we can also send your item by fast way. If you wish to do this simply select the alternative delivery method of choice in the shopping cart.

Cost for these delivery services is dependant on weight and the shopping cart will automatically calculate and show the price of shipping for your order via these alternative methods.

Costs for international postage is dependant on weight and is now automatically calculated at the checkout.

You may choose between airmail standard or parcel force worldwide delivery (location dependant). How long postage takes is dependant on the postal system in both england and the delivery country, however providing your items are stock, they will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
